General

  1. I'm not sure if my company is a member. How do I find out?
    Email a TAMA administrator to ask if your company is a current member.
  2. My company is a member, and I want to create an individual profile. How do I do that?
    Choose "Website user registration" from the drop-down menu of the Membership tab. Choose "Click here if your company is a TAMA member." You will be taken to the Individual Enrollment form. Fill it out and click "Submit." You will receive a confirmation email when your profile is active. You can then log in and customize your profile.
  3. My company is already a member. Will I have to pay dues if I sign up for a profile?
    No. Members of TAMA are companies, not individuals. If your company is a current member of TAMA, you are already a member. The billing contact at each company is responsible for paying annual dues.
  4. I forgot my username/password. How can I retrieve it?
    Click on "Log in" at the top right-hand side of the screen. Click "I forgot my password" and enter your email address. If your email address is in our system, your username and password will be sent to your email address.
  5. How do I edit my profile?
    Log in to the website, then select "My profile" from the drop-down menu of the Home tab. You will be taken to your profile dashboard. Click the "Edit" icon (pencil) in the upper right-hand corner. Make your changes, and click "Save" at the bottom of the page when you are finished.
  6. I'm getting a message that I am not authorized to view certain pages. I'm a member. Why is this happening?
    You must be logged in with your username and password to see member-only content.

Using the Print Center (Note: The print center is available for members only.)

  1. How do I print the membership directory?
    Choose "Member directory" from the drop-down menu of the Membership tab. Click the print icon at the upper right hand corner (under the Keyword Search box). Select "TAMA directory template" and then "Preview." Click the PDF link. You can now print and/or save your directory.
  2. Why doesn't my entire search print when I click the print icon on the top left of the screen?
    The print icon on the upper left-hand side of the page will only print the page you are viewing. To print the entire directory or search results, use the instructions above.
  3. I just want a list of TAMA's member companies - not the whole directory. Where can I find that?
    Choose "TAMA member company list" from the drop-down menu of the Membership tab. Click the print icon at the upper right hand corner (under the Keyword Search box). Select "TAMA company list" and then "Preview." Click the PDF link. You can now print and/or save your list.
  4. I don't see the print center icon. Why?
    You must be a member of TAMA and logged in to see the print center icon.

Events

  1. How do I register for an event?
    Log in to the website and go to the Events page. Click on the event you'd like to attend. If registrations are being accepted, you will see a "Register for this event" link at the bottom of the event description page. The link will take you to the registration form.
  2. Can I register several people from my company at the same time?
    Not at this time. The only exception is golf tournament team registration. To register someone other than yourself, you must register using the username and password or the email address of the person you are registering for.
  3. What forms of payment do you accept?
    TAMA accepts online payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. We also accept personal and company checks by mail.
  4. I need a receipt. How do I get one?
    Log in to the website and choose "My profile" from the drop-down menu of the Home tab. Click the "My form receipts" link at the top of your profile page. You will be taken to a page that lists all of your past transaction receipts. Select the receipt you would like to print by clicking on the blue eye icon. Right click and print your receipt.
